Service Description
In this class students will focus on learning the famous Russian Handstand form as well as gain strength and flexibility needed for advanced training and inversion practice. Mastering this original technique will give you the ability to "lock-in" place, making your balance effortless which will extend your endurance by preventing unnecessary fight for balance. Handstand training taught by Nourbol Meirmanov – the founder of MSA & Circus arts. Nourbol has graduated from the renowned Moscow State Circus School where he studied the art of handstand, sports acrobatics, and circus arts.

Cancellation Policy
* Adult Classes: require at least 6 hour cancelation prior to the reserved class, if failed to cancel within that time frame one class will be deducted for no-show. * Adult Class Packs: classes do not roll over. If you are unable to use all classes in your pack you may freeze your account for up to 3 months. * All classes require reservation to guarantee a spot. Class may be canceled without notice for students who show up without reserving their spot. * Private classes require full payment to hold the reservation. There are no refunds for private classes. Booking date may be changed if the request is submitted at least 24 hours from reserved time. * Special training events, workshops, bookings with guest coaches are non refundable. * Students with active class packs or on recurring plan may freeze their account for $5/mo Freeze Fee that will be charged upon reactivation. Plan can be put on freeze for up to 3 months per calendar year. 24 hour notice via email is required. * Recurring auto payment: Students on automatic recurring plans are required to give a 30 day cancelation notice via email info@msacircusarts.org
