Adult Private Lessons

Service Description

If you are booking for the first time, please select MSA as your coach preference and we will match you with the coach that is skilled for your specific request. Private Lessons for one on one and up to four people at a time may be set up and conducted by special arrangement during times when the gym is not being used for public instructions or during privately leased events. Private instructions may be provided in the following subjects: Acrobatics, Hand Balancing, Stretching and Conditioning, Aerial Apparatuses, Trampoline & Tumble Track, Juggling, and Manipulation, Sports Acrobatics, Gymnastics Tumbling, Choreography and/or more by request.

Cancellation Policy

* Camp:  To receive a full refund you must cancel your registration at least 60 days prior to camp start date. If you have switched your camp date, the 60 days will be counted from your original start date. $25 Early Cancelation Fee will be applied. Full camp cancelation policy can be found under camp rules here: https://www.msacircusarts.org/member-resources * Youth Classes: Full refund will be issued to students canceling at least 24 hours prior to the start of the first class. $25 Early Cancelation Fee will be applied. * Youth Classes: Prorated refund will be issued to students canceling during an active class session. $25 Early Cancelation Fee will be applied. * Youth classes: MSA and Circus Arts allows one make-up class per class session only if space is available, must be taken before the session end date, no rollovers. * Adult Classes: require at least 6 hour cancellation prior to the reserved class, if failed to cancel within that time frame one class will be deducted for no-show. * Adult Class Packs: classes do not roll over. If you are unable to use all classes in your pack you may freeze your account for up to 3 months. * All classes require reservation to guarantee a spot. Class may be canceled without notice for students who show up without reserving their spot. * Private classes require full payment to hold the reservation. There are no refunds for private classes. Booking date may be changed if the request is submitted at least 24 hours from reserved time. * Special training events, workshops, bookings with guest coaches are non refundable. * Special event rentals including birthday party reservations: To receive a full refund you must cancel your registration at least 30 days prior to the reserved date. If you have switched your event date, the 60 days will be counted from your original start date. $25 Early Cancelation Fee will be applied. * Students with active class packs or on recurring plan may freeze their account for $5/mo Freeze Fee that will be charged upon reactivation. Plan can be put on freeze for up to 3 months per calendar year. 24 hour notice via email is required. * Recurring auto payment: Students on automatic recurring plans are required to give a 30 day cancelation notice via email info@msacircusarts.org
