About the program:

Don't miss this opportunity to learn from the best - our guest trainer Ulzii Mergen! About the training intensive: We are excited to bring the opportunity to our LV2 and LV3 students to train contortion and flexibility with world-class artist. This is a training intensive that emphasizes on progress, students will learn professional stretching techniques that will help them increase flexibility for back, shoulders, and splits. In this intensive students will be introduced to contortion tricks and even discover the fundamentals of contortion handstand. Students are encouraged to commit to the entire training schedule as the program builds from every single class. Space is VERY limited

Requirements: 

This program is for youth ages 9-17 and is not for beginner students. Students must be very close to touching the floor in at least two splits. Be comfortable in their backbend and possibly lower down to elbows. This class will be great for LV2 and LV3 aerial arts students as well as students with intermediate to advanced dance and gymnastics backgrounds.

About our Guest Coach: 

Ulzii discovered her contortion abilities at the age of 4 and entered Mongolia´s National Circus School when she was 7 where she developed her contortion skills. Already at the age of 9 Ulzii was chosen to join cast of renown Cirque du Soleil. Her career has began and ever since she have been traveling and performing in many Cirque du Soleil productions such as Alegria, Amaluna and Totem. After an exciting decade performing all around the world with Cirque Du Soleil and travelled in over 50 countries Ulzii moved on to create her individual style and began working with other productions companies across entertainment industry.
