LV2 Tumbling

Service Description

MSA's progressive tumbling program meets weekly and is perfect for dancers, acrobats, aerialists, and gymnasts. Throughout the session training's primary focus is proper technique, connecting skills, and building strength for more dynamic combos. Students will build strength by meeting certain benchmarks like 60 second handstand-hold against the wall. Students can expect to practice connecting tumbling skills such as roundoff back handspring, front handspring dive roll along with dynamic tumbling on the tumble track. At the end of the session each student will compose their own favorite dynamic combo of 2 - 3 tricks that is polished and ready to showcase! Prerequisites: Dive roll, Cartwheel, Roundoff, Handstand roll. Flexibility is a plus. Note: Class size is small for personalized attention from the coach - please save your spot ahead of time.

Cancellation Policy

* Youth Classes: Full refund will be issued to students canceling at least 24 hours prior to the start of the first class. $25 Early Cancelation Fee will be applied. No prorated refunds will be given after the session start date. Registration for the session can not be rolled-over to the next session or credited for any future programs. * Youth classes: MSA and Circus Arts allows one make-up class per class session only if space is available, must be taken before the session end date, no rollovers. * All classes require paid reservation to guarantee a spot. Class may be canceled without notice and/or attendance to class may be denied for students who show up without reserving their spot. * Special training events, workshops, bookings with guest coaches are non refundable. * Proration after the session start date will only be issued when booking is made via email within the allowed timeframe. *All change requests must be submitted to frontdesk@msacircusarts.org
